Prisca – Agnes Nishimwe (she/her, 1991) explores,baffled by the intangibility of sound, the tones of her voice through sound and word. Somewhere where emotion, intuition and instinct merge, she navigates, driven by philosophical questions, in an avant-garde world, between beauty and tragedy.
Among others, Prisca sang with jazz duo Nuit Blanche and STILLL, was part of slam theatre collective WORD WA(a)R and multidisciplinary collective e-c-h-e-l-o-n. She stars in Geel Hesje of Het Nieuwstedelijk (2020) and portrays in 2024 Dounia B in MartHA!tentative’s show of the same title.
